Micaela and Kalim's wedding at Milsomes Hotel Essex.
We met in Spring time at Milsomes for an engagement shoot - it was mid lockdown, facemasks required, limited numbers..... and it was raining!
Thankfully their wedding was totally different:-)
Sunny, warm and no restrictions now.
The day began for me with Micaela's prep in a house bursting at the seams with bridesmaids, H&mu artists and then me! Chaos - makes for great photos!
Then off to Ipswich registry office where sadly they still had many restrictions (even though everywhere else has lifted them?) which kept numbers down and makes photography difficult and limited.
After that off to Milsomes and party time!
When you get a group of people like Micaela and Kamil and their friends together good things happen naturally which means I do the photos I love best - documentary wedding photos. Just to be in the right place at the right time ready to get the "moment" as it unfolds.
